We stayed in a hotel with friendly staff who went out of their way to help us, even offering a complimentary Turkish meal when we arrived past midnight. the location was convenient, with the metro station nearby and easy to navigate. the room and bathroom were cozy with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast had nice options to choose from, including Turkish coffee.
The room safe was not functioning properly and needed to be fixed.

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable, especially when I arrived late at night and all restaurants were closed. They offered me a tasty Turkish meal which I really appreciated. the hotel is located in a convenient area with easy access to key attractions.
The room safe was not working during my stay. This was a major inconvenience as I was not able to secure my valuables.

The staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating. They even offered to serve food when all the restaurants were closed. the room decor was modern and the location was convenient, close to popular tourist sites.
The room safe didn't work which was a huge inconvenience and made me feel uneasy about leaving my valuables in the room. the air conditioning also wasn't great and it was uncomfortably warm in the room.

The staff's friendliness , Turkish meal at 3:30 a.m., respectful Turkish hospitality, hotel being bed and breakfast.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Despite my late flight, the hotel staff ensured that I had a delicious Turkish meal, which was a kind gesture. The location was also convenient, close to the metro, which made it easy for me to explore the city. the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, making my stay comfortable.
Nothing, no complaints at all.
